On July 5, 2023, a contract was signed between ETHNOKAT S.A. and ELLINIKO S.P., for the 1st phase of The Cove Residencies project – Plot CFU 1.5b & 1.6b.
The project is part of the wider construction and redevelopment of the Elliniko – Agios Kosmas Metropolitan Pole, in the area of the former Athens Airport.
The object of the project is the execution of earthworks, the construction of a load-bearing body from reinforced concrete, the installation of insulation and the execution of integrated electromechanical networks and infrastructures.
The project budget amounts to € 9,265,139.26 plus VAT.
The contract was signed on behalf of ETHNOKAT S.A. by Mr. Antoniou Antonis (CEO) and on behalf of ELLINIKO S.P. by Mr. Kapsalis Andreas (Senior Development Director) and Ms. Touziou Angeliki (Chief Development Officer).
