TUI Sensimar Meltemi Blu
Location: Santorini
Budget: 11.200.000 €
Duration: 8 Months
Construction of the 105-rooms TUI Sensimar Meltemi Blu hotel complex in Santorini. The hotel facilities include jacuzzi in every room and spa and 4 exterior and 1 interior swimming pools.
TUI Sensimar Insula Alba Resort & Spa
Location: Chersonisos, Crete
Budget: 8.300.000 €
Duration: 7 Months
Construction of seven steel-frame room buildings and one steel-frame main building, with 5-star standards. The hotel includes 138 rooms, seven swimming pools, one of which is indoors and heated, two bars, a spa, a restaurant and two kitchens.

Duration: 3 Months
Renovation of the public spaces of the METROPOLITAN hotel according to the MARRIOTT standards. The focal point of the renovation was the cladding of the existing, 6m high columns with solid marble.
Double tree by Hilton
Location: Kos
Budget: 28.000.000 €
Duration: 12 Months
The second Greek hotel by Hilton features 13 apartment buildings with 250 rooms in total, fitness facilities, spa, bar, 25 outdoor swimming pools, 3 autonomous villas and various outdoor facilities.
