Euphoria Spa wins!
Dear friends,
We are happy to announce that we have won the Architizer A+ award (Popular Choice), for the design of the Spa of the Euphoria Retreat.
With entries from over 100 countries and thousands of submissions, we are honored to be among a handful of honorees for the second year in a row. Last year Ring House was named the best house. This year the Spa of the Euphoria Retreat is awarded in the Health Care & Wellness category.
We would like to thank Marina Efraimoglou for her vision and the opportunity to engage with it. The Euphoria Retreat represents a fresh departure from the conventional hospitality experiences in Greece, making holistic wellness and personal discovery its fulcrum.
We would also like to thank Natalia Efraimoglou & Partners for a close and fruitful collaboration during the architectural design and supervision of the Euphoria Retreat. Working together was a creative and constructive experience. While collaborating on the whole, we both had the opportunity to focus on parts of the project and design them in their entirety: The renovation of the 1830’s Leoncini Mansion was designed by Natalia Efraimoglou & Partners while the Euphoria Spa was designed by decaARCHITECTURE.
Last but not least, we would like to thank all the members of our team that contributed to this project, the design consultants that we collaborated with, the management team of C&M Engineering under Marditsa Geli, the main contractor, Ethnokat, and their many subcontractors and craftsmen.
